Bump...CMI sent me a PM asking if the poster "NasEscobar" at 71.8.192.103 was RJ. With my meager IP checking ability/tools it looks like something around St. Louis, but my IP puts me at Salt Lake City so I have no idea how all of that works...

Wouldn't be the least bit surprised. This poster is newly registered and arguing in an intellectual property thread, which was one of his favorite topics to rant on.

Based on "Nas's" opinons and knowledge of hip-hop, I would not think that that is RJ.

He harldy has a license on stupid arguments wrt IP.

Thanks. Just a hunch that CMI had based off of the new reg date and coming out firing. Both mia and I traced that IP to the St. Louis area. Don't know if that's helpful at all but I guess it means it's not RJ...

IP is from NYC where CMI said RJ's IRC IP from today is from. Forums all match, not to mention him posting extensively in the RIAA thread.

Lest this look like a witch hunt, I don't have anything against RJ anymore other than he is annoying, but CMI is a respected poster and is PMing me this info.
