Re: What\'s in your RSS Reader?
[ QUOTE ]
? they're totally different things. it's a notification service everytime something new is posted to a website. think about it like this - do you have notification for your email or do you just check your email like every 30 minutes? [/ QUOTE ] I guess I'm not that much of a news junkie. I just scan websites whever I have time. I also close down my email at work so I can get stuff done. |

Opera also will handle RSS, I used to have a couple of feeds but I did not use them that much so I deleted them.

Re: What\'s in your RSS Reader?
Upon suggestion of El D, I dug this thread up for a bump, as starting a new thread didn't seem to generate any responses. I couldn't find any threads about what people have in their RSS readers during the past year except for this one, so let's hear it: What do you have? What have you added? What feeds do you think are especially good? Are people even using this wonderful technology?
My two new faves are the Digital Photography School and Lifehacker feeds. DPS has good product reviews, and some useful tips and how-tos. Lifehacker is great for a person like me that struggles with organization, and has great links to useful apps/software in "Download of the Day". |
