Default NL50 AJ on AQJ flop

Villain is 52/33/0.95, so he was one of the reasons I was at the table. However, he was rather passive. What if villain was unknown?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($58.45)
CO ($47.50)
Hero ($87.40)
SB ($67.90)
BB ($56.20)
UTG ($48.55)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO raises to $2, Hero raises to $6, 2 folds, CO calls $4.

Flop: ($12.75) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $9, CO raises to $41.5, Hero ???

god this spot is sick. against those numbers i would probably stick it in because he could be calling you pf with a hand like QJ. If he has the nuts thats an incredibly weird way to play it. Im kind of on the fence of calling or folding because he is playing his hand so strong but yet his stats show that his raising range preflop is so wide he can be getting funky with A8 or something like A10. Sorry for the rant

You need about 35% equity.

You are 40% against: { AA, QQ-JJ, AQs-AJs, QJs, AQo-AJo, QJo }.

I would take QJo out of the range and you drop to 24%

If you add 1/2 the AKs/o combos you are about 31.5%.

You 3b pf and he CRs AI. I doubt he even shows up with AK here.

[b]Looks like a fold to me

How many hands was that over?
Was he min-raising all the time or raising to $2 pf usually?

An AF of 1 is actually high if he has a VPIP of 50.

I call fairly easily against this obviously bad player.

Might be a fold against a good TAG.

Call for sure.

Remember when thinking about hand ranges that there is always a chance of thin air as well.

call. your preflop 3 bet really sucks though. I donīt mind doing this with sc etc but doing this with AJ obv is very bad.

I would like to think I could fold this at the table but in practice I think I would call and watch all my chips slide to the other side of the table...
