Default Mid Stages 600/1200/75 Range Question

PokerStars Big Blind is t1200 (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP (38865 in chips)
MP1 (23546 in chips)
Hero (36072 in chips)
Btn (70760 in chips)
SB (10612 in chips)
BB (15535 in chips)
UTG (41465 in chips)
UTG +1(35324 in chips)

Preflop: Hero is CO with X:, X:.
UTG calls t1200, UTG+1 calls t1200, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls t1200, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises t2400</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises t41465</font>, Hero ????

What should be the fair range for an unknown and what should my calling range be. No reads i moved to the table a few hands before. I completly disregard the minraiser b/c he just lost a monster pot a few hands earlier and the big stack was just moved off the table.

I put UTG on a pretty big hand consisting of QQ+, AK is this an appropriate range?
