lol @ flop overcall, hitting '2 outer' on turn, then folding when river doesn't change the board

I think this was the thinking process:

Flop - Villain could be betting anything, my JJ's could be good. Even if villain has AK, I can hit my 2-outer by the river.

Turn - Bingo! 2-outer. I am going to trap him by check-calling!

River - Time to value bet for information. WTF, raise? River raise = nuts...... I was right, he had KK! Good thing I lost the minimum.

Moral: Calling/Betting for information saves money in the long run.

amirite?!?!?

cookie is betting 3/4 pot into two opponents on the flop w/ a gutshot? he has 55/TT way way way more than AQ here.

the decision here is call or shove for the rest

lol @ river action

okok, im not gonna defend his play (I don't even like it myself, at all) but you have to understand that this player is probably top 20 in the world when it comes to NL, and maybe should be given the benefit of a doubt here. I'll try and get him to post his thoughtprocess.

This guy one of the biggest winners on Prima when all the high-stakes action and top players were playing there about 1 year ago. He played with Zweig(Mahatma), Antonius and Lodden etc and won pretty big.
