datamining while playing

I'am usually data mining while playing and importing hands from phg and party to PT, but I've noticed that pt sometimes takes the observed hands instead of the played party hands so i cant see my own cards and thus screws up some of the PT stats.

Anyone had this problem and found a solution(except the obvious of not importing observed hands while playing, which keeps me from having stats on tables when i change etc)
