Default Help Please! Dual video card problem.

I recently purchased a new computer, and had two identical video cards installed so I could 4 monitor potential (i currently own two.)

When I first got my computer it took a while but finally got dual on the same video card working. the secondary monitor (DVI) then stopped working seemingly for no reason. I kinda just said ok...and plugged the secondary into the other video card (normal)...and it worked again and then stopped working out of no where.

My computer is brand new and certainly under warranty for this. They kept my computer for two days and couldn't get dual monitors working.

the secondary monitor is never even detected by windows now.

Specs:

XP home
2 NVIDIA GeForce 7100 cards
2 Dell 2001s

Any help would be great. I've been stuck with one monitor for like two weeks...which is hell when you are used to otherwise.

Do both video cards show up properly under Device Manager? Have you tried running both monitors off the other video card? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the video cards in device manager. Then update your graphics card drivers to their latest versions from the manufacturer's site.
