as played, you did make a small reraise preflop so he can have a wide range here with the price you gave him. the ace isnt as terrible as you might think. i like a check call on the turn. if the river bricks and he is aggressive enough i may call a bet there too but probably fold against most opponents

Mak it $11 preflop. You're giving villains far to much implied odds here imo. Turn is obviously a check, you can call a smallish bet and then check a non-K river. Most of villains range is smaller pocket pairs and Qx, only one hand of those contains an A - AQ. I don't think a worse hand double barrels both turn and river so I think you can safely c/c, c/f confident you're beat.

I ended up check calling a &lt;1/2 pot bet on turn and check folding river.
