Default confused with fulltilt cashouts

so is the only way to cash out if you're living in the U.S. through checks? i heard click2pay is in the same boat as neteller, but i'm not sure.

i emailed them a few days ago, and they recommended epassporte, which takes a 2$ flat fee, my account is still being set up, will report back once i make first cashout

i always cashout with epassporte. there are no cash fees, and no limits on cashouts. and the money is in my epassporte account within a few hours.
