I'm not sure you will get called by a worse hand in this spot, which says to me no, you can't raise for value here

Well, your hand certainly is hidden. It seems like you should be best unless Villain whiffed on a turn checkraise, and even then, you should be best occasionally.

There's no guarantee you'll actually get called, but the raise seems all right to me. And while I wouldn't actually enjoy getting 3-bet here, you're committed if one of those comes from this aggressive semi-shortstack, so you would have an easy call.

I just don't see what hands will call you that you beat with such a large re-raise. A raise to $4-$5 seems to me like it would work better. The guy is pretty shortstacked and might call that raise with an ace.

I agree. If villain's that aggressive he doesn't have a really strong hand meaning that you're not behind but he can't call a huge raise either. The raise is good, sizing is bad.

I'd fold Q6s pf.

As played, call river, looks to me like villian has a busted draw so you'd get no value as he won't call your raise.

Weird raise PF, is that your normal raise amount? would you raise x4 with a premium? Dont weak bet a weak hand.

Not the best hand to raise with but dont mind it. I might not c-bet that flop either. Check on turn is fine, river raise i dont mind either, our hand is very diguised but i feel he prob has air here.
