he is too aggressive to fold this turn imo. But he has 33/44 alot...maybe a combo draw. I dont think KQ is a major part of his range.

What was the reasoning behind the flop 3-bet, and what did you think after he called it?

Personally I feel that if you're going to 3-bet this flop, it should be with a view to getting it in on most turns (and the Kh would have to be one.) In that case, it would be a good idea to bet a little more, like $5.50. If you're not happy with that, it would be better just to call and lead a safe turn or whatever.

As it is, it looks a bit like after 3-betting the flop, you were worried that his call meant that he had you beat. In that case, checking the turn would probably better. You kind of spent a lot of your stack 'buying information', and now you're in a nasty spot where you are getting good odds to call but are likely to be dominated.

I doubt he called your 3-bet with KQ unless it was KQdd. After he raises the flop, I'd mainly be thinking about sets and combo/bare flush draws.

Anyway, I feel like this hand went wrong somewhere in the planning behind the flop 3-bet, what do you think?
