Default UK Poker Tour

I've watched a couple of these, they're pretty [censored] but well it's poker. One thing though, why does the dealer always take about 30 seconds to deal 3 cards in a flop? Just flop them holy [censored]... it really tilts me when they deal one card at a time really [censored] slowly.

Yea it's on 4 at like half 1 or some other ridiculous time. This was the first time I'd seen it since the first couple episodes.

I believe that's the standard in most European rooms, since most tournaments I've seen broadcast have done the flop one card at a time

Could be, at the local casino donkament nights here they deal it one by one too. It doesn't bother me until the dealer deals one card, pokes it around the felt for a few seconds until it is absolutely square, deals another, pokes that one around for a few seconds until it is lined up exactly with the first, then whips out the third card and pokes that around a bit too.

lol Its funny how that bothers you!! I actually prefer it that way, having a second or two between flop cards gives extra opportunity for your opponents to give away tells. Try watching your opponents instead of the dealer next time [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

It's mostly cause live poker feels slow enough without dragging it out like that. I'm a H/hr or maybe even ADHD nit for sure.
