First Pay- is it a joke or what?

Without doing a search, I'm asking anyone who has an account with them; what are the service charges and how do you sign up? The website makes references to this info but has nothing as for details. Sounds interesting to this WPEX player whi is sick of waiting 3 to 8 weeks for cheques.

I am pretty sure that First Pay is related to Solid Pay which is horrific, I tried to sign up on them to fund my bookmaker account (as they offered it for sometimee) and never was able to get a hold of someone, they have 800 number but it goes to a call center where most of represantatives don't even know what solid pay was.

I wouldn't trust them with my money
