Default yet another TPTK 3bet pot hand

I can't really remember why I checked the flop, is this an ultra standard c-bet, or is checking here ok sometimes? And as played, call or fold?

Villain is 19/15.5/2.35

UTG: $200
UTG+1: $222.40
CO: $78.80
Button: $229.40
Hero: $214
BB: $218.95

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises to $7</font>, 2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $25</font>, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.
