Default EA buys Bioware and Pandemic

http://kotaku.com/gaming/ea/ea-buys-...mic-309937.php

[censored] [censored] [censored], possibly the worst gaming news of the year. The thing I loved about Bioware is they refused to be tied down with one franchise and always tried to push the limits of what an RPG can be. Which happens to be everything EA is against. As much as I am looking forward to Mass Effect, I am not looking forward to Mass Effect STREET 2

well Bioware wasn't even responsible for KOTOR 2. I could see Lucasarts handing out KOTOR 3 to someone else

EA is such a monopoly it isn't even funny. This is going to be Origin over all again. Hell, same city even. Sickest thing is Mass Effect was supposed to be a trilogy. This means there's about a 99% chance the trilogy is canned, and a Mass Effect MMO is announced and canceled all within 6 months.

Bye bye Bioware and Pandemic.
