Mizery is not 14+ slots better than Illinois, who almost beat them despite a -3 TO margin and their starting QB missing most of the game.

I think the list is tough from there b/c teams are close. I do think Texas shouldn't be in the top 10 though. |

I can only surmise that people putting USC worse than #2 simply aren't watching the games and are trying to be "smarter than conventional wisdom".
