Excel Web Queries for Sports Scores

I do a lot of sports betting and have created some pretty good excel worksheets that basically function as a daily win/loss thing.

The only issue is that I have to keep updating the scores manually which is a pain. I have done some research on Excel and found examples on how to do this for stock quotes but nothing for sports.

Can anyone help?
