i am 4 years with them they are better from neteller for sure. the bad is the change to the support email which now is directly and not practical from the account.
the costumer service is sometimes slow

they don't have a 1-800 that i can find. i'm in canada, so really my only option is an international call. the fact that they don't have 1-800 speaks volumes of their customer service

That is hardly uncommon. Most companies outside of NA do not offer 1-800.

i wanted to add the same visa to different MB accounts (yeah im donk).
my MB account are locked. is it possible to unlock both of them with upload from the same bankaccount?

I have had a similar experience with Moneybookers still waiting for a respose from an email I sent two weeks ago.
Seems essential to the online wallet company's to have poor customer service.

you can do the address verification to slightly increase your limit, but it's still so low. MB is PAINFUL to deal with.
