Seriously though, I hope after 7 years you know at least what kinds of things she likes to do so I'd suggest planning a night out - take her to a concert, a show,or even a weekend trip etc. that you know she'd like. A thoughtfully planned out non-tangible gift like this is much better than some little trinket and shows you put some effort into making it a special event.
