I 3bet preflop. There are so many scare cards that can come on the flop, that calling means you are more or less playing for set value.
I like the flop raise and do fold to a push vs standard villains. |

His raising range is very wide in late position, so yeah I prefer a 3bet preflop because you really don't want to play a three-way pot with a medium pair and no clue the strength of CO's hand. I like the flop line, but probably fold to a push.

3-bet pf ALL DAY.
I would only call if the guy was an uber-nit. I prefer to just call on the flop. I think raising turns your hand into a bluff and bloats the pot with a mediocre hand. And when he shoves with a big draw, he will force you to fold the best hand a decent % of the time. |
