I think you hit the nail on the head with that latter part, Dids. Any top outside candidate would demand they spend some money on facilities before he'd consider it.

as a school, Miami isn't too bad

it's a respected private university

the football image doesn't match the rest of the school too well, except for the rampant drug use of more than gateways since the party seen isn't too far removed from South Beach

at least that is the scoop I got when considering the school for undergrad and talking to people who went there since
