So few people are actually that observant when you are playing online unless you're playing higher stakes.

Personally, I cbet almost every time I raise and action goes heads up to the flop, and I will sometimes cbet in a 3-way flop especially if I have position. I make exceptions when:

1) The flop is so scary that I just don't think there's any chance of my cbet working.
2) I hit the flop so hard that I want to let my opponents catch up and I'd prefer to slowplay.

When I'm betting, it's either a cbet bluff/semi-bluff or I hit the flop decently, like TPTK or something. When I'm not betting, either I totally missed a scary flop or I totally nailed the flop.

I think that "system" works really well because even an observant opponent will have a hard time exploiting it.

But if he doesn't, he is pretty much always folding. And he is calling your raise with a lot less than an overpair.
