Default NL100 - Bottom 2

Just sat down, don't know much about villain other then the 30 or so hands I have on him as a general TAG. Is my line fine here?
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Party Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Somnius ($100)
UTG ($99.80)
MP ($133.67)
CO ($276.29)
Button ($109.86)
SB ($118.82)

Preflop: Somnius is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, Somnius checks.

Flop: ($3.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Somnius bets $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $4</font>, SB folds, Somnius calls $2.

Turn: ($11.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Somnius bets $7.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $15</font>, Somnius calls $7.50.

River: ($41.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Somnius bets $25</font>, CO calls $25.

Final Pot: $91.50

When he raised the turn again I figured he probably has the KQ, but his range still includes draws and top pair draws. I bet the river for value because of those missed pair/draw hands that would still call light, if he thought I was drawing etc especially..

rather try and build a pot, way ahead of his range here...I think

By build a pot I mean not showing too much strength right now, was intending on being more aggressive on the turn but the Q threw me off...

3-bet flop is an option but i don't mind how you played it. Personally i'd c/c river because i don't think he's calling a third street with much that we beat. Hopefully we can get some missed draws to bluff the river.
