Well, I would probably let this one go preflop as the hands you want to flop are going to be hard to play in this spot. If you want to play the hand I think you need to 3-bet it preflop.

As far the flop, I think I would check here. You can call but you are probably going to have to fold the turn to a second bet. It ends up being a tough spot, which is why I prefer a different preflop action.

Yeah against a tight player you probably should fold this. If there were more players in the pot then maybe a call to try to flop big is OK, but here it seems like you are possibly dominated OOP against someone who might not even pay off well if you hit the flop good.

Against a looser player you might try to 3 bet, though I don't usually do this live since you very often need to actually hit to win.

On the flop, i'd probably check and probably fold. If you think a play would work against this person then you might give it a try, but if the game is like most live games i've been in you should concentrate on extracting from the loose players when you hit rather than bluffing the tight ones.
