Depends upon villain's competence and 3-bet range.
If he is someone who doesn't notice that you raised UTG, and will 3-bet light, then I will probably push here. If it's the exact opposite situation, I'm calling and happy with the good position leading into the flop. |

also depends on how long you've been at the table i.e. if he's been playing you for a chump recently you have more reason to shove.
Given you'll be playing in position, more reason to call and see flop. |
