Default Buying Poker Account

I want to buy my friend's account on FT, because his name owns whilst my name sucks. If I transfer my roll onto that name and start playing on that name, though, FT is going to notice. Is there a way to do this without getting caught? And if I do it anyway, and FT notices, will they confiscate the funds, or close my old name, or what?

If there's a risk I lose my BR, it's obv not worth it, but dammit, I want a new name.

I dont think they will notice, you could just say you moved to a new house the only thing they would do if they actually caught you is take away all of the FTPOINTS.
