I'd bet a bit more on the flop, like $6 - $6.50 and bet about 2/3 of the pot on the turn. Fold to a raise and then check behind on the river or fold to a bet.

I would bet more on flop.

I don't mind the turn check, but once you do that you need to be potting this river.

Bet more on the flop, bet more on the turn, and bet the river if he checks.

I would bet the flop a little harder, probably $6-7. On the turn I'd make a 3/4 psb...checking behind with one pair hands is a good play sometimes but I don't think this is one of those spots...the pots not big enough to worry about him playing back at you (i.e., it won't be too tough to get away from your hand if he makes a compelling arguement that you're beat). If he calls again on the turn then I'd probably check behind on the river or fold to a river overbet. Seems like a big part of his flop/turn calling range is beating you by the river.

Against xLPasss bet all streets, he will let you know when you are beat. xLAGs are trickier and have hands in inopportune moments but one shouldn't pot control IP against someone this loose even if he were aggro (sample size police here you come).
