I actually think that a check/raise in the first hand on 4th would be pretty sexy, assuming that seat 7 knows how to lay down queens. Your hand is actually pretty decent heads up against 7-8, and if you both catch bad you might be able to bet your "pair of kings" down to the river and bluff out one small pair to scoop. If seat 1 makes a low, you may still win with AK high. If you both caught good on 5th, your hand could be a favorite, depending.
If the table sees you as a donk on tilt, then folding would be much smarter.
I'm sure you've formed your own opinion about the rest of the hand.
