Looking to purchase an mp3 player.

I had one of the new 80 gig video iPods, but I'm selling it because I simply don't utilize the full storage capacity. To replace it, I'm looking to buy a moderately small mp3 player, about 4-10 gigs in size. What's the best in terms of cost and quality? How do you organize the songs? I'm sure anything will be better than horrible ass iTunes. I'm not looking to go over about $150, so no Nanos or anything. Any ideas?
