Default Spew river call?

100 BB stacks.

I raise to 3.5 BB UTG with 88, SB and BB calls.

SB is basically an unknown, 25/8 over 13 hands.

Flop is 6s-5s-3d. Pot is 10.5 BB.

Check, check, I bet 8 BB, SB calls, BB folds.

Turn is Qd. Pot is 26.5 BB.

Check, I bet 20 BB. SB calls.

River is 2d. Pot is 66.5 BB.

SB bets 50 BB, I call.

I like a fold. I think you're looking at 54/64 or backdoor diamonds (most likely is 87:diamond). There is a pretty small range of hands that call PF, c/c 2 streets with the bare FD or 78. Also, missed FD + overcards would probably raise the flop, right? It also doesn't make sense for him to c/c 2 streets with something like 99 or 76 and then make that sized river bet as a bluff. What stakes btw?

I don't like this river call at all. You beat nothing but whiffed spades and someone who is betting a 6 or 77, which in actuality is a bluff. Your opponent's hand range is way too wide here to make this thin a call, fold next time.

It's not a spew, but it's not a very profitable call, imo.
Straight got there (he is SB, so he could have a 4), Q has you already (although it's less likely he has it after the flop call), BD flush got there (could have something like 7d6d).
If you think that he wouldn't valuebet a lot of hands that you lose to, cause there is 4 to a straight there, then it's a mistake cause he def can't put you on a 4.

I might call this if i have a read that villain always strongly bets missed draws, when checked to him on the river, cause then there are a lot of spades in his range.
As played, i probably fold this like 75% of the time.

Well I don't play that game so I could be way off. Another thing is that he could be valuebetting a set with this line. It's kind of weird that he didn't raise anywhere on this board, but now maybe he puts you on a Q/KK/AA/JJ and is valuebetting because the straight doesn't really scare him since you opened utg.
