What has he shown down before, especially UTG? If he's been playing tight and was blinded down to this from 150k, I fold. If he's been trying to steal and cl has been restealing, I call. How many times has he made this move previously? If this was a shortstack who just doubled up 3 hands ago, I think this is a marginal call.
