Default NL200 button min 4 bet

Button is a 23/12/2 regular, seems tight weak with a low wsd% (<25%) and a high %showdowns won(>65%). I play somewhere around 20/16/2, and vilain probably suspects I can 3 bet light.

What kind of hands should I expect the most if I just call instead of shoving (mostly QQ/JJ? possibly AQ/AK? Or should I also expect light hands like 89s trying to resteal and to get vigorish + position if I call?).

And also which line is best? Push, call and check flop, call and lead? I chose to push since oop, but I'm not convinced it's the best choice..
I suspect the player plays too solid to call the push with AK or QQ-, or rarely, and I have to take into account the possibility he might also do this min 4 bet with AA.

You just won $84 without having to risk taking a flop - no shame in that. Also you now know that he will make small 4-bets when weak.

Thanks!
Does this mean you would also occasionally shove with much weaker holdings, like AQs or 78s?

I mean the fact it's a min raise incites to consider a call with light hands with potential, but it's still 21$ to pay for a potential 230, out of position. It seems kinda expensive for AQs or a suited connector, even with a very precise idea of the opponent's holding (which actually I don't have, even though QQ comes to mind..).
And on the other hand having to fold to a min raise every time I've 3 bet a bit light seems weak and making his move look almost decent..
