Re: Official Bodog payout thread for US players
Nucharge is the same as AddFunds.com on Absolute poker(your account number and password are the same for both),so if you have used Addfunds with any success then Nucharge will probably work fine, too. I waited over a month for an Addfunds ACH withdrawal, which was supposed to take just a few days, and finally had to cancel and request a check. I guess i'll have to give them another chance, tho.

Re: Official Bodog payout thread for US players
Date requested: 5/27
Date received: 7/7; well past the 20 days but I knew that was going to happen. Long as I got it and it doesn't bounce/get rejected, I'm happy. Location: Tampa, FL |

Re: Official Bodog payout thread for US players
Requested: 5/3
USPS tracking number received: June 7 Still no check. The very nice CS people at Bodog keep telling me that it's on its way, no problem. I have my doubts. |

Re: Official Bodog payout thread for US players
wow, it seems this is a standard email going out. My request was done June 12th. Here is the latest.
Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. In regards to your inquiry, we can see that you had a payout request processed on June 12/07 via Check by Courier. We understand that it has gone past the estimated time frame of 20 business days; however, please keep in mind that the estimated time frame a client can expect to receive their payout is dependent on the amount of pending withdrawals in our system at the time. If we receive a rapid influx in payout request, the estimated time frame may fluctuate. Therefore, you may receive your payout before the 20th business day or your check may take longer than the estimated time frame that we have provided to you. At this time we are not able to give you an exact time frame when you can expect to receive your check; however, was guarantee that our clients will receive their withdrawals. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best Regards, Customer Service Bodog.com Poker - Casino - Sports service@bodog.com 1-888-263-0000 has anyone had any luck with cashouts during that week of June yet? |

Re: Official Bodog payout thread for US players
Update on my previous posts. I got my check (1st one $2000) from Fedex on July 3rd. So 30 days after my request I had the money in my hands. After depositing it my bank put a hold on it for 2 business days and on that following Monday I had the funds cleared.
Waiting for info on second check, at 17 business days. |

[ QUOTE ]
Why does PokerStars not have any processor issues?? I'd love the answer to that question. [/ QUOTE ] The "processor" universe includes the whole spectrum. At one end are squeaky clean companies that won't touch any gambling. At the other end are people who do financial heavy lifting for drug smugglers. PokerStars is strictly a poker site whereas Bodog is a major sports book with poker. That makes Bodog and anyone who helps them prime targets for prosecution. Many processors who would work for Stars may consider Bodog too radioactive to touch. Those that do work for Bodog probably charge extra and are much more careful to cover their tracks. That translates into lower throughput, delays, and higher transaction costs. |
