Default What to do when running horrible

I've run the worst I ever have over the last few days. I feel like I've lost almost every of coinfilp, 70/30, 60/40 etc, and i keep losing getting it in w/ AA vs an under pair or twice yesterday AA<Axo. Basically, almost every time I get it in pf I lose; when I'm ai w/ the best hand I cover up the table with another one bc I feel like I know what's going to happen. My Sharkscope has taken a sick downswing, it's disgusting. I know I'm +ev in the games and I don't think my play has changed. What to do?

ya, been happening to me for a week now and over 300 sng's. I think just reviewing your play and reading here will get you through it. Nothing you can do when you get all in with AA vs 22 and they flop a set. Just drop some tables if you need to and make sure you're playing your own game and not timid due to your recent cold decking.

take a break, this might be the best advice for situations like this.
one can't play his a-game with this thoughts in his mind..
that's only my personal experience, but it helped me a lot when i took some days off and started over, fresh and motivated.

jakec,

say hello to variance. What I do is I just keep on playing, you could try playing less if you want or move down in stakes and gain back the confidence, stop feeling disgusted and run good again.

Take a break. Don't play for like a week or so to let your emotions calm and go enjoy life. This is the best thing you can do as the games aren't going anywhere.

Downswings happen even sick ones but don't even think about poker during this break. Then after your break, come back and review your hand histories and even ask others on the forum to review them to help you analyze your game. This will allow you to have a better chance of being honest with yourself of how this downswing has come about. There are always leaks that can be found and fixed so keep posting hands. GL

STOP SUCKING

Good players don't experience downswings.
