10/20 I am lost: A 3 way double draw against two players
Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $10/$20 5 players Converter Stack sizes: Hero: $1500 CO: Fhil Ivey: $4335 Button: $1940 SB: Kinetica: $5127 BB: $600 Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is UTG with 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Hero raises to $70, Fhil Ivey calls, Button folds, Kinetica calls, BB folds. Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($230, 3 players) Kinetica checks, Hero bets $170, Fhil Ivey calls, Kinetica calls. Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($740, 3 players) Kinetica checks, Hero checks, Fhil Iveybets $500, Kinetica calls, Hero? Reads: Kinetica is a really strong solid player Fhil Ivey seems on the loose side, thinking player. Not much history between us. Table Image: Been playing quiet tight, but I have just lost (2 rounds?) a big pot by calling an overbet from Fhil on the turn with middle set against his turned straight. Maybe people think I am tilting? Question Do you push call (or fold?) because I have honestly no idea. My fold equity isn't great but the odds to hit are obviously great IF both draws are live... What range would you give for Kinetica that calls twice? |

Hero calls.
River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($2240, 3 players) SB checks, Hero? The pot is so big I am called by any made hand, do you push (700 more)? |

Re: 10/20 I am lost: A 3 way double draw against two players
this is a tough spot becuase you have virtually no fold equity from a push and you dont have a very big stack. You also have a huuuuuuge draw.
Do you put Fhil Ivey on a club draw? If you have that good of a read on him then i would say you could get away, other then that i dont see how folding is right three ways with this huge draw. |

when the 8c i think you push, you have to get paid off by a lot of made hands

Re: 10/20 I am lost: A 3 way double draw against two players
I just had an idea... Would open pushing the turn be a sensible option? It would make sure a club draw folds and give me decent odds if anything else calls?

Ok thanks for the sarcasms, do you wanna say anything constructive in this thread? Maybe the question is stupid and feel free to show me why.
