Environmentalism, the way most practice it, is no less a religion than Christianity.

A) The belief that the government should have a role in regulating pollution, protecting endangered species and habitats, and preventing the potential for global warming.

does not resemble

B) The belief that Jesus Christ was the son of god, who died on the cross for our sins and was resurrected on the third day, offering eternal salvation to all of humankind.

It's ridiculous to say that environmentalism ("the way most practice it") is a religion. Just as it would be ridiculous to call libertarianism or feminism or racism a religion.

If you want to establish a moral equivalence between Democrats and Republicans, you might start with something true or intelligent, instead of a giant sophomoric hurrrrrrrrr.

In case you missed it: what you said is REALLY dumb.

Wow. I agree that on first glance you'd think it was a parody.

There's a good chance he gets sued for that ad. Between the "The Twilight Zone" footage and music and "Leave it to Beaver" footage and music, there's a nice lawsuit waiting to happen.

What's scarier... the ad? Or the people who are going to be swayed by it?
