You probably need to find a full service, but smaller firm. PM me and I could give you a name that should be able to handle a lot of this. Keep in mind, you won't find one lawyer that can do all this -- if someone says they can, they're wrong and you should hang up the phone. You might be able to find a guy that has people in his firm or knows who to call on matters he's not personally familiar with.

Lawyers are generally limited by geography - licensed to practice only in one or, sometimes, a few states. That limits what one lawyer can do for you.

If you have that many legal issues, you probably want one smart lawyer on retainer, who could answer your questions, but would have to refer or arrange co-counsel for cases outside the area he or she is licensed. Also, lawyers tend to be specialists these days, usually your criminal defense lawyer is not the lawyer to ask to create an LLC. But again, if you have a lot going on, one central coordinator may help, as that central lawyer would be the one to farm out the work when needed, or consult with others.

That will cost you, but if you have that many legal things going on, you may save money in the long run by having one retained coordinator. If you really only have a case or two, just hire the appropriate kind of lawyer in that area.

If you want to PM me for further information or possible names of such lawyers, you can. Since you are posting on this board, if a lot of your questions are poker related that would also influence who to hire - there are very few lawyers with familiarity about laws regarding poker.

It sounds like you need a personal assistant. I'm sure you could find an attorney to act as a coordinator, but like Skall said attorneys are largely limited by geography (although the trend is that this requirement is loosening for corporate counsel, which may or may not be applicable to your situation).

IMO using an attorney to coordinate your legal affairs would be too expensive, when you could just hire a full time assistant to coordinate that for you, plus any number of other matters. FWIW, I have never charged anybody for a referral to another lawyer, but on several occasions I have come up empty when asked for a referral (no sir, I don't have a referral to a divorce attorney in Wisconsin - try the yellow pages/Martindale-Hubble?). A personal assistant would be able to help.

Get better focussed on what you need done. Hire a firm with offices or contacts where you likely need it done.

An international empire like yours, (even if "pulled out of your ass" as you put it), likely will need local counsel or referrals to whereever you need something done.

Your described experience thus far sounds typical even if fictional; a multi-national law firm is not likely to engage in legal hand-holding like you describe. You WILL be a low priority versus their bigger, better paying clients.

I suggest that you hire an in-house counsel or pay someone for a HEFTY retainer.

I think iMEGA counsel may be available soon.
