Default Coach for 5/10?

So I've had a decent midstakes nl career so far. Below are the majority of my hands (some on old desktop)

I think the numbers should give a good idea of my play style.

I feel confident with my poker skill for up to 3/6nl. However, I am having rough time transitioning to 5/10. Im a marginal winner after maybe 25k hands, but regardless of results, I feel like Im getting out played.

I read posts around here, watch cardrunners, review my play etc. I feel that those are no longer increasing my level of play and I probably need a coach.

So a few questions.
What level does my caoch need to play? I would guess 10/20? Any lower would probably make him my peer?

Are big winners at that leve availiable for coaching? What would be a fair price for that level of player's time.

Are there any other resources I have overlooked that could give me a hand.

Thanks
