Good review. I have one qualm.

If Matusow is saying don't raise because no one is folding, it would not fit his strategy to say that you should raise to win the pot.

Sorry if this was unclear. He's saying there's no reason to raise in the first few rounds because no one folds. When stacks are shallow, people call raises much less, and so he advocates more aggression pre-flop later in the tournament. Does that address your concern?
