Villain is unknown but his LC tells me he sucks. I'm pretty new to the table, his line just looks real weak

yeah this is a weird line from villain . i think ur gonna c 10 x here alot and ur turn raise is a bluff. this guy seems donkish and will probably call u down.

Looks like a 10 that is blocking a second barrel to me. Doubt someone who LCs folds here. Don't really hate the play as you have outs and it might work, just bet small on the river if you hit.
