Default nl200 cash, how often do you fold in these spots?

Villian is kinda ABC, he's running 47/35 over 220 hands or so.
I kinda got the feeling that he's getting a little frustrated before we played this pot.

Prima Poker skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
2 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
SB: $159.90
Hero: $228.20

Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is BB with :qd :qh
SB raises to $6, Hero raises to $20, SB calls.

Flop: :7s :5s :kd ($42, 2 players)
Hero bets $30, SB raises all-in $138.9.

Do you think he's completely bluffing (doesn't have a K or draw) like 1/3 of the time?

I'm thinking that is about where calling will be profitable.
