Re: River check raise bluff 2/4 NLCASH
[I was grunching, did not see that villain replied with results.]
Does villain think you are capable of c/r that flop with, say, A4? I assume he thinks you are capable of it with OESD, but if you hit your straight on the turn, how often does he think you would check BOTH turn and river (even if you cr river)? I do not play NLcash much (nor at your stakes) but I think if I were on my A-game I would lean towards a call with any reasonable hand. I have yet to grow the cojones to call with ace high though. |

Re: River check raise bluff 2/4 NLCASH
he has to fold this a bit more than 3/5 of the time to be profitable. i don't think he does.
metagame wise, you earn a bit of profit, but i think you lose too much on the play overall |

i had TT here, any comments on how I played it? [/ QUOTE ] vs. a non-tricky opponent I think the turn is an obvious value bet once an opponent shows me that they're capable of a play like this on the river I quit them ;-) |

i had TT here, any comments on how I played it? [/ QUOTE ] 2/3 pot bet on the turn. Check behind on river if you checked behind on turn. Or, if you think he's on something like a 9 and do not fear the c/r all-in, a proper 3/4 - full pot vb. |
