CO just lost the hand before BB is a little loose.

If you think BB will call most routine raises (even if for isolation purposes), then yes, I'd say push.

You're pushing this without CO pushing right? CO just added some more money for you to win so the push is even easier. Your hand is good enough that you don't even have to worry about how loose either of the blinds are.
