Generally we do something like 8-20 reps on the drop sets, close to failure usually but I could probably do a couple more if I had a gun to my head.

Its pretty clear you have like zero clue about anything wrt fitness and diet and you decide to spew drivel that some bastard form of "logic" comes across as good. This feels like when I read articles in Harper's about increasing welfare for inner city minority families. |
