Default HU 1.5/3 common situation

Unknown guy, seems a bit fishy though. villian got
150 left on turn.
Prima Poker skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1.50/$3
2 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
SB: $180.00
Hero: $283.20

Pre-flop: (2 players) Hero is BB with :ah :qd
SB calls, [color=#cc0000]Hero raises to $11</font>, SB calls.

Flop: :9d :kd :6c ($25, 2 players)
[color=#cc0000]Hero bets $19</font>, SB calls.

Turn: :ad ($63, 2 players)
Hero?

I think we can conclude that if we bet and get raised, we're beat, but we still got a good equity vs his range. What kinda bet do you prefer vs this sorta stacksize, and what's your line vs a fullstacker?

I don't really see the point in checkraising allin, his bet is going to be too small most of the time, and even if its big enough (that would be somewhere around a potsized bet) I really can't see him calling without having us beat. If I where to check I'd c/c, if the bet isn't way too small. With that said I guess im more in the line of betting then checking.

Any other opinions?
