Default Arbitrage but with slightly different lines

Sorry in advance if this has been discussed before, but I didn't see it in the FAQ.

I've been browsing this forum and looking at different lines for Sunday's NFL action and I was wondering if I have a +EV opportunity. There are actually a few of these but here's one example.

Tampa Bay is playing at New Orleans Sunday. Site A is offering +110 to take TB +3. Site B is offering +104 to take NO -3.5. Would it be profitable to bet both of these? Will the game end with the favorite winning by exactly 3 enough to make this a losing scenario? There's other games that have these lines too, some with even money for one team and +1xx for another. However, all of them would fall on the key numbers; 3, 4, 6, or 7 point wins by the favorite would make me a loser.

Any insight would be appreciated and if anyone knows how this applies to basketball or other sports I'd be interested in that as well. Thanks.

No.

You can use Pinnacle or the half point calc at SBR to come up with a value for these things.
