(Literal) Pain in the Butt

Anyone tried a gel/foam seat cushion they can recommend? Found a cheap one on ebay for ~$20 w/ shipping. Should I spend more money?

Forget trying to pad up an office chair, get a LazyBoy and build your PC station around a high quality recliner.

Decided to go with a Herman Miller Aeron deskchair. LazyBoy would have been a good alternative-- they have a factory nearby. I got the cushion anyway so I can use it places away from home.
