Default Second nut straight just got 4-bet in an unraised pot, what to do??

I just sat down at the table, villain is a total unknown. I normally would lead the flop here but was distracted by another table.

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

Hero (SB): $200
BB: $241
UTG: $366.25
BTN: $121.20

Pre-Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
BB folds, UTG calls $2, BTN folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($4) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, UTG checks

Turn: ($4) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Could definitely be two pair (like K8 suited) or a set; I can't see NOT getting it in.

Alright, I did indeed get it in and ran into 97. Seemed like I didn't have much choice at the time, cooler, etc., just wanted to double-check. Thanks.
