AMMMMMMMMMMMMMPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP,

Ok. I love dogs and I love horses. We will get a HUGE breeding syndicate in Kentucky, New York, Florida, or California and breed thoroughbreds. We will keep the farm small as to keep down on costs and employees. For every stallion/broodmare we have we will have 1 dog.

They can live on the farm and will have tons of acres to run around with the horses.

This will help the horses generate good starting speed. (as they will run together in the open field; think Reggie Bush)

It will also help to give the horses company. Horses are a pack animal and like to have people and/or animals in their lives. They especially love dogs.

So you take care of the dogs, and I will take care of the horses.....

u in????

PM me if you are interested

Two come to mind:

Run a record store.

A friend and I have joked for a while about opening a restaurant/diner. A simple food, locals' favorite type of place. I'd be the grill chef, specializing in breakfast. Preferably it'd be in a coastal RI town, like Jamestown. I'd drink lots of coffee and make lots of delicious omelets.

I'd like to get some kind of b.s. job as a ranger or marshal on a golf course a couple days a week and parlay that into free golf whenever I wanted.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm with this, only I want to be the starter. As a ranger, you get people bitching to you all the time, and I don't need that.

"Good morning...are you the <mangle their last name> group? Great! You'll be playing with the <mangle their last name> group. Have you played here before? <Note the one woman in the foursome> So, how many shots are you giving these guys? OK, carts on the paths on all par-3s and wherever it's roped off. Water every third hole starting at number 2, restrooms on 6 and 13...have a great round!"

I just want to live on a farm and have 12 dogs. How about Veterinarian.

[/ QUOTE ]

Amp, I've thought the same thing with my gf. Except we decided that owning a doggie day-care was the way to go.

[/ QUOTE ]
This is a fantastic idea. Hang out with dogs and their owners all day, without the time-consuming post-graduate degrees and crushing debt.

[/ QUOTE ]

Amp, there are several in New York. They seem to do great business. The savvy ones have webcams so owners can watch their dogs playing with other dogs, or have glass storefronts so jealous people can oogle the puppies having a great time.
