I know this isn't as popular as the major American sports, but Americans are getting killed in the "minor" sports we used to dominate.

US Ryder Cup team, while not really dominating for a while, are down 5 points going into Sunday, which is a real butt-kicking for this event.

US Davis Cup team is down 2-1 to Russia and will have to sweep tomorrow to come back and win, even with our best players playing.

The US Women's basketball team was also upset by Russia and finished 3rd in the World Championships.

That after a disappointing finish in the only one of our major sports that has an international championship, men's basketball.

I blame it all on George Bush!
